OUR “FIT” BREAKS
For your next conference or meeting, why not hire Susan and Theresa to provide an invigorating “FIT Break” for your attendees. From 10-20 minutes, these “mini functional fitness routines” do not require any special equipment. Participants can complete the workout successfully, whether they are wearing suits or casual clothes.

A coach is a trained observer and a great listener who is committed to your success. Theresa Dugwell is focused on helping you improve your performance, helping you “win” at something that matters to you. She will support and encourage you to overcome obstacles, share your victories, and guide you in designing and building the life you truly desire.
