Susan Sommers is a sterling example for women who feel it’s too late to become fit. She got serious about fitness in her late 50s and went on to complete two marathons and six half-marathons. The founder of Susan Sommers + Associates, she is an accomplished author and expert in marketing and media relations. The author of four books on marketing, she has spoken at universities and conferences, LuluLemon Athletica and Running Room retail outlets, and fitness retreats.

Theresa Dugwell has been devoted to fitness since an early age and has completed 19 marathons in the last 18 years. She operates PsyMetrics Professional Services, a Toronto-based company that offers psychological assessment service. Based on her experiences with mental health issues, Theresa strongly recommends a program of physical fitness be incorporated into clients’ lives to achieve a healthier mind and stronger body. Theresa is a member of the Canadian Psychological Association, the American Psychological Association, and the Association for Applied Psychophysiology and Biofeedback.
